Tandem thrust cylindrical roller bearings have small radial interface size, compact structure, large axial load capacity, uniform load on each row of rollers, high precision, wear resistance, low vibration and noise, and long service life. It can be used in single-screw extruders, twin-screw extruders, multi-screw extruders, screw-less extruders and other equipment.

When using tandem thrust cylindrical roller bearings, the following requirements should be observed:
1. Preload: add 1% of the basic dynamic load rating of the bearing. The basic dynamic load rating of each tandem bearing is shown in the following table. The load not listed in the table is provided by our company.
2. Radial guidance: full complement cylindrical roller bearings or needle roller bearings can be used.
3. Elimination of inclination: During the machining of the supporting parts, any inclination must be eliminated, that is, the inclination of the supporting surface.
4. Matching tolerance: To ensure correct operation, our company’s matching tolerance: shaft f6, seat hole F7.
5. Bearing lubrication: Tandem bearings must always be lubricated with thin oil and lubricating oil flow.
6. Bearing installation: Do not use a hammer or other heavy objects to hit the bearing parts when the bearing is installed or disassembled.
7. Application example: Because the tandem thrust cylindrical roller bearing has a limited radial section, relatively large axial load capacity, long-term working life and friction loss, the parallel twin-screw extruder gear in the rubber and plastics industry is It has been successfully applied in the gearbox. It will also be popularized and applied in other mechanical equipment.
Tandem thrust cylindrical roller bearing structure
1. The basic tandem bearing connects the shaft washer, the seat washer and the roller-cage assembly through an elastic spacer. This type of bearing is a separate structure, and the parts can be disassembled. When using, it must be carefully installed and disassembled according to the serial number provided by our company.
2. The tandem bearing with shaft is a kind of modified structure bearing. A shaft is passed through the inner hole of the basic tandem bearing, and the bearing is fixed on the shaft with an elastic lock ring. The bearing parts of this type cannot be separated, and it is very convenient to load and unload as a whole during use.
3. For the tandem bearing with sleeve, a sleeve is sleeved on the outside of the basic tandem bearing, which can be assembled and unloaded during use.
