Structural design

The main spindle bearing mainly consists of bearing seat, bearing cover, rolling element, and retainer. Among them, the rolling element is the core component, which is composed of steel balls, cylindrical rollers, or rolling needles, etc., and rolls along the raceway inside the bearing. The function of the cage is to keep the rolling elements in the correct position and prevent them from colliding with each other. The bearing seat and bearing cover are the outer shell of the bearing, which serves to fix and protect the internal parts of the bearing.

operational principle

Internally using the principle of rolling friction, the friction resistance is small, which can reduce energy consumption and heat generation, and is beneficial for improving the efficiency and lifespan of the equipment.

When the spindle rotates, the rolling element rolls in the raceway of the bearing under the guidance of the cage, providing support and lubrication for the spindle. At the same time, the grease inside the bearing cover is carried into the bearing, forming a layer of oil film, which plays a role in lubrication and cooling.
